Holiday Coro Flex Expansion Board Mount to Meanwell LRS STL

These are the STL files for making a 3D printed mounting bracket for the Holiday Coro Flex Expansion Board that attaches to a Meanwell LRS-350 or LRS-600 power supply. The LRS-350 version also features dimples that can be drilled out to accommodate a variety of generic 350W power supplies, offering additional flexibility. The mount features our press fit standoffs which simplify installation as you no longer have to place and align the standoffs only to have them shift out of alignment when installing the board. They need to be printed separately from the primary mount and then aligned over the openings on the deck of the mount and finally simply tapped gently into place until fully seated and secure using a small hammer or mallet. The mount attaches to the sides of the power supply using four M4 x 8mm screws. Compatible with our Ammo Box Mounting System v3 50 caliber box*. This mount does not fit the Holiday Coro 16 port smart receiver.

For attaching the board to the mount there are two options to choose from.

Option 1
Utilize the stock Holiday Coro standoffs to attach the CPU to the SPI and secure them from the underside of the mount. This method requires six M3 x 16mm screws which are longer than the stock screws provided by Holiday Coro.

Option 2
Use the 3D printed standoffs included with this design and secure from the top down. This method requires four 6-32 x 2″ screws and two 6-32 x 1/2″ screws.

Note: This is a digital purchase for STL files and not a physical product. 

*Due to the taller height of this controller, compatibility with the Ammo Box Mounting System v3 50 caliber box is limited to single power supply installations only.

Note tolerances on the press fit standoffs are extremely sensitive and a printer that is slightly over extruding or under extruding may produce a fit that is too tight or too loose. If the standoff fit is not satisfactory most slicers include dimensional compensation controls that can be applied to the standoff parts to correct for small variations and achieve the proper press fit.
