This STL file set contains everything needed to 3D print the mounting system designed specifically for the EFL Showstopper Snowflake prop. The brackets are designed to be zip-tied directly to the coro and sized to fit 20mm conduit, which slides through the mounts to form the frame. At the center junction, a 25mm PVC cross can be used to connect the perpendicular conduit sections using the included bushings file to adapt for the smaller conduit size, creating a secure structure. Once the conduit is in place, it is fastened to the mounts with screws, locking everything together to create a strong, rigid structure behind the prop. This setup provides excellent stability for mounting to various surfaces and is especially useful for reinforcing props that have been split for shipping. Renderings with the blue mounts are the 46″ version and renderings with the green mounts are the 38″ version.

As with all our designs, we strive to utilize the precut zip tie hole locations for our mounts. On the Showstopper Flakes many of these premade holes are used, but you will need to create some additional holes in the coro to secure the mounts with zip ties.
